INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING PARENT PORTAL:

EXISTING AFTERSCHOOL STUDENTS:

  1. Click on this link: https://www.parentorbit.com/accounts/signup/?next=/parent/portal/learning-bee-learning-center/
  2. Be sure you are in the “Learning Bee Parent Portal” (You should see LB logo)
  3. Create your Login Profile
  4. Activate your account (Your info is already there!) by typing in your cell phone number (no hyphens, no spaces) for example: 5102268408
  5. You will receive a code via text message to that cell phone number to activate.
  6. Punch in the code, and you should be able to see your children. If not, just add them but let our office know that you added them. (We can adjust any missed current students discounts manually later)
  7. Double check that everything is correct.
  8. Look at the top Menu, see “Registration”, go to “Register for Class”
  9. Select a child, select a Program, select Class, then either go on to payment or add more classes for this or another child.
  10. Add extended care summer camp for each child who needs it.
  11. Read and Agree to Terms and Conditions
  12. Proceed to pay.  Discounts are applied on the very last page before you punch in your credit card number.

NEW AND NON-CURRENT AFTERSCHOOL STUDENTS:

    Create your Login Profile.
  3. Add in Parent Info, Emergency Contact Info, Children Info along with their Current Grade level (2016-2017 school year)
  4. Students who will enter kindergarten in Fall 2017 should be entered into grade PreK.
  5. Look at the top Menu, see “Registration”, go to “Register for Class”
  6. Select a child, select a Program, select Class, then either go on to payment or add more classes for this or any other child.
  7. Add extended care for summer camp for each child who needs it.
  8. Read and Agree to Terms and Conditions
  9. Proceed to pay.  Discounts are applied on the very last page before you punch in your credit card number.
